COVID-19: Questions and Updates

Slice of Pie updates:

Last updated: 24 March 2020

Like everyone, we too have had plenty of notifications about COVID-19, and while we don’t want to add to the noise, there are a few things we’d like you to know.

Is Slice of Pie open?

Yes - Our availability to provide you with legendary service is central to all our considerations as the COVID-19 situation rapidly evolves. As it stands, the team is all set-up and has begun working remotely.

Working remotely from home is something we have previously successfully trialled.

The wellbeing of our clients and our team will continue to be at the heart of everything we do.

Will my website keep working?

Yes - All processes and critical infrastructure, including your website hosting and domain name management, are very much in safe hands with systems already established to handle events like this.

Can you help put a COVID-19 message on my website?

Yes - While we are unable to write your message for you, we can help place this on your website home page or on a new custom page where appropriate. There will, of course, be no charge for this service.

We are anticipating a large number of support requests this week, and we will be doing everything we can to process these requests as quickly as possible.

We are prioritising support for requests relating to COVID-19 announcements at this point.

If you need help, please email us with:

- The message you would like placed on your website

- Whether you want this placed on your home page or in a separate, updateable content page.

A final note:

Our commitment to you remains our top priority.

If there is something we can help you with, please email us at help@sliceofpie.nz where possible (this is the quickest way for us to process requests).

We thank you for your ongoing support and wish you and your families good health and wellbeing during these challenging times.

Best regards,

Peter, Robert and the team at Slice of Pie
